Winna KYC Verification: When It’s Needed, What to Upload, and How Long It Takes
Winna runs account verification (KYC) to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you. The review starts when you hit certain triggers in the account or payment flow.
Winna requests KYC when you withdraw for the first time, when cumulative withdrawals reach higher internal limits, after a payment method change, or when account activity flags a manual review (for example, repeated failed deposits or login from a new country).
Most checks clear within 24–72 hours after you upload clean, readable files. If anything is missing or cropped, the request resets to “needs review” and the clock effectively starts again after resubmission.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload a valid government ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence). Winna typically asks for a full-colour photo of the document with all four corners visible, plus a selfie or short live-check video to match your face to the document.
- Address proof: Upload a document dated within the last 3 months showing your full name and address. Winna accepts utility bills (electricity, water, gas), bank statements, or an official government letter; screenshots and edited PDFs get rejected.
- Payment method: If you used a bank card, upload images of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle digits covered; show your name if it’s printed. For e-wallets, Winna asks for a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account ID/email, and sometimes a transaction record that matches a Winna deposit.
After approval, Winna keeps the KYC status on file and may ask for an update if your documents expire, your address changes, or you switch to a new payment method.
Current state: Winna’s KYC follows a standard three-part check—ID, address, and payment ownership—with most reviews completed in 1–3 days once the uploads meet the format rules.
